Our hotel is adapting service hours according to the indications given by the Government of the State of Jalisco, to help contain the chain of contagion.

The beaches of Puerto Vallarta are operating normally however it is recommended to Access them followinf the preventive mesures for healthy coexistence

Our FREE transportation service to the public beach will continue to be available at a time of departure at 10:30 am and return at 3.30pm. Remember that space is limited and it will be necessary to reserve your space.

PCR TESTS AT THE HOTEL

We offer you the service of PCR test with an external company at a special price for our guests and with the taking in our facilities.
If you wish this service it will be necessary to make an appointment at the time of check in. Important to consider that the results will be available from 24 to 72 hours after being taken.

Yes, the use of common areas including pool will be available to our guests, however the hotel will distribute the lounge chair in a manner that complies with safe distance guidelines.
The use of showers is mandatory before and after each dive in the pool.
The schedule and opening of areas may change based on the request of the state government.
What cleaning protocols will be in place for the room service?
At your check-in, your room has been properly disinfected according to the requested measures. For this reason, the room delivery will be at 15:00 hrs. and you will be able to use the facilities staring 13:00 hrs.
Will it be mandatory to use face mask in all areas of the hotel?
Yes, it will be mandatory the use of face mask during your stay.
How will the Buffet Restaurant be operating?
Currently the Buffet is operating on a regular basis each diner can serve their food, respecting the signage of healty distance the use of antibacterial gel and face mask.
Will the Gym be enabled?
It will remain closed until further notice.

Yes, with an extra cost, since it is not included in the all-inclusive price.
