4. Contractual Process

For the purposes of Art. 27 of the LSSICE, the contractual process carried out through https://flamingovallarta.com/ will be done through the following steps:
  1. First: Selection of the hotel, offer, package, or other hotel services on the main page using search parameters, as well as the stay dates.
  2. Second: Selection of room type, number of rooms, and number of people.
  3. Third: Selection of supplements and additional services with display of the final price. Insertion of personal data related to the reservation, as well as the credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation, and acceptance of the general reservation conditions.
  4. Fourth: Formalization of the reservation, display of confirmation page.
  5. Fifth: Sending email confirmation of the reservation with its details.
When the reservation is formalized, an electronic document will be generated, which will subsequently be included in the owner’s files. The user will have full access and knowledge of it at all times by sending an email with its content at the end of the reservation process. Once the reservation is formalized, the customer is requested to review its content to identify possible material errors in data entry.
